The Public Relations Association of Western North Carolina (PRAWNC) is an organization dedicated to the professional development of Public Relations and Communications professionals. PRAWNC members meet monthly at luncheons in the Asheville and surrounding areas for informative presentations on current topics in the public relations profession. There are networking opportunities preceding and following each luncheon.

Friday, July 24th, from 7:05pm - Let's Go Out To The Ballgame

Join PRAWNC for a fun night of baseball and hot dogs on July 24 as the Asheville Tourists play the Lakewood Blueclaws. “Take your family and friends out to the ballgame” and enjoy an evening with your communications colleagues!

July 24th at McCormick Field

Game begins at 7:05 p.m. – PRAWNC group will meet at front entrance at 6:30 p.m. for ticket distribution.

$12 buys you a ticket, hot dog and $4 worth of “Tourist bucks” to purchase whichever libation you choose!

The Public Relations Association of Western North Carolina (PRAWNC) is a not-for-profit organization celebrating its 26th year as an association for business communications and marketing professionals. Their annual “Best of the Mountains Awards” recognizes achievement in public relations and business communications among organizations in Western North Carolina.
ABOUT THE PRESENTER –

PRAWNC is an independent, informal professional development organization comprised of a variety of public relations, communications, and marketing professionals in the twelve western counties of North Carolina. Membership is also open to students considering related careers. PRAWNC was formed in May 1982 and routinely has a membership of about 100 dues paying members.
