Public Relations in Western North Carolina
The Public Relations Association of Western North Carolina (PRAWNC) is an organization dedicated to the professional development of Public Relations and Communications professionals. PRAWNC members meet bi-monthly at luncheons in the Asheville and surrounding areas for informative presentations on current topics in the public relations profession. There are networking opportunities preceding and following each luncheon.
PR and Marketing Professionals
PRAWNC is an independent, informal professional development organization comprised of a variety of public relations, communications, and marketing professionals in the twelve western counties of North Carolina. Membership is also open to students considering related careers. PRAWNC was formed in May 1982 and routinely has a membership of about 100 dues paying members.
